Closed beta service

RoadTripDesk is currently a beta product provided for testing and evaluation. Features can change, be temporarily unavailable or be removed while the product is being developed.

Your account and trips

You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your login secure. RoadTripDesk is a planning tool, not a navigation or safety service. Always verify routes, opening hours, road restrictions, border requirements and other travel-critical information with authoritative sources.

Availability and beta data

We aim to keep the beta available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Although backups and recovery measures are used, beta testers should keep their own copy of travel information that would be difficult to recreate.

Plans and pricing

Plan limits and beta pricing shown in the service may be tested or changed before commercial launch. A displayed beta plan does not by itself create a future paid subscription unless a checkout/payment flow explicitly confirms one.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan or security limits, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use automated traffic that materially disrupts the beta.

Feedback

Beta feedback can be used to improve RoadTripDesk. Please avoid including passwords or other confidential credentials in feedback reports.
